Kuunari

Sometimes, life just works out ok.  And in those moments, Band of Horses will be there to remind you of of how amazing it is that life exists at all.  This album, even though every song doesn’t attain the heights of “Is there a Ghost” and “No One will Love You”, is one you should own.  This band is a lot like Interpol to me.  Interpol captured 80’s new wave perfectly for me.  Band of Horses captures indie rock perfectly for me.  Soaring melodies, softly sung parts, and a quirky, yet amazing singer.  What is he singing about?  A Ghost?  Who knows!  It’s indie rock, it’s not supposed to make sense.
