Kuunari

The Dawes album North Hills has been stuck in my head for months now.   I find myself wandering the halls at my school, humming the tune to “When My Time Comes”.  The vocal harmonies haven’t been heard much around these parts since the 70’s, and the slight country twang behind this album helps this bearded hipster maintain his ruggedness.

It’s a complete album too, each song worthy of download from your chosen store, or maybe even a walk to the nearest brick and mortar store.  You should check it out, I know that I’ve listened to this album… 13 times already (had to check itunes).

Rating: 5/5  Yep, one of the best albums of the year (2009 of course).
